I've been going to Glenwood for years now and they have always been top quality with tire changes or fixes I've required but this last visit was the only time they've had a chance to show just how above and beyond they really are. They booked me in right away and provided shuttle service so I could get home. Once my problems were diagnosed the owner came and explained to me what was going on and what my options were. I thought the labour was kind of high but once I saw what they did it made sense. They arent treating the problem but solving it so you dont break down and end up in a shop a few weeks later. They take the time to access the cause of the problem, clean up any damage or mess and fix it which takes more time and thus needs to be reflected in the price. In the long run this will be much more cost effecient then just treating the issue. The owner explained to me the additional work that needed to be done after their complimentary inspection and why it would be unsafe for me to continue using the vehicle especially for the highway driving i had planned for the weekend. After the actual diagnostic, a technician called me and explained what they had discovered and gave me a quote. He was patient and agreed to let me call him back the next day (Friday) to confirm the work. I had previosly mentioned to them I was hoping to have my car back and ready by 1pm Friday as i had to get to work and wouldnt be able to make it in while they were still open to get my keys for the weekend. The technician figured my car would be ready by mid noon but once I explained my situation he said he could go get my tires himself, instead of the courrier, which would save some time, as well as try his best to get it done in the time frame requested. About 45 minutes before i had leave for work and about 2-3 hours before the original time estimate, the technician gave me a call and let me know it was done and they were sending a shuttle my way. When I got into the shuttle, I discovered it was a Customer Service Coordinator that took the time to come get me as they had no shuttle driver available and instead of waiting about 20 minutes, picked me up so I could get my vehicle on time. Big shout out to Rob, Kennedy and Kristen for accommodating my schedule and ensuring I would be able to hit the highway safely for Saturday morning. Also a big thanks to the rest of the team and shuttle drivers, I deeply appreciate it and will definitely be back.
