Great Shuttle service!

not impressed from glenwood for diagnosis my van engine’s misfire , they gave me estimate more than 8000 dollars to rebuild cylinder head but it was not the cylinder head issue ,it was just o2 sensor that was giving wrong info to engine , after changed o2 sensor my van back to life and everything works as normal, my comment is for information purpose ,its not the matter of stars ,still i like Glennwood they are best and willing to help when you are in trouble they actually diagnosed according to the code but the problem is sometimes because of some sensor giving wrong info to computer, i hope someone who have same problem can take advantage from my comment,

Rob at Glenwood is my go-to guy because he is very careful and very thorough. He explains everything well and listens to my questions. I have a 15-year-old VW that needs a bit of maintenance now and I would not trust it with anyone else.

I needed an inspection done for a vehicle I imported. They got me in quickly and I received great friendly service.

2nd visit. Vehicle scheduled for an oil change, filters changed and fluids, etc topped up and checked. Excellent service. Greeting was exceptional. My vehicle was ready well before the time suggested. Shuttle service was good. I will gladly return for my vehicle’s next service appointment.

I dropped my car off in the morning and was able to get it back that afternoon with all 4 brakes diagnosed and fixed. In addition, they looked over other areas of concern and helped me navigate my options to ensure I was safe driving my car and maintained it. I was super impressed with the speed of their service, expertise and friendliness of their staff and pricing (significantly cheaper than the dealership I visited before for a quote). What a breath of fresh air Glenwood is. They got me in quickly when time was of the essence as I needed the car for a trip on short notice and others were too busy to work me in. When you enter the building, it is clean and obviously well kept and my wife said "almost salon like". Reception (Joanne) was very welcoming and quickly attended to me, no standing in line. A technician spoke to me and another joined us and we had a great discussion about my Honda CRV's issue I was experiencing. They listen and care and truly wanted to know about my car from me. I am extremely fussy about my cars as I have a passion for automobiles and this was new and exciting to me. I felt like I was part of a family that was looking after me and I immediately felt very comfortable and my "garage service anxiety" disappeared. I later found out they are a family run business and it sure is evident. While driving over to pick up my CRV when done (by the way, on time as promised), my diesel BMW experienced an issue and they were able to take me in immediately and secure the car overnight for diagnostic the next day. Security was very important to me and by then my confidence in their professionalism was confirmed. As promised, my BMW was ready the next day early afternoon and I was surprised as diesel's can be complicated and tricky to work on. I was so surprised at the wide range of vehicles they are able to service as I wasn't fully familiar with their services. While having a relatively new relationship with them, so far I find their service delivery to be unquestionably professional, accommodating and top notch. They really take pride in providing the best service to their customers. If you really care about your vehicles and it is important to you like mine are to me, you want the best people working on them. Glenwood is now my automatic go to establishment for me and my entire family as I feel my vehicles are completely safe in their hands and they have our best interests in mind.
