The staff here go above and beyond to help. When I needed a battery replaced on my key fob Joanne came to my house to get my key fob and change my battery because I was stranded! No other place would do that for a customer - I’d recommend them To anybody!

I want to say thanks to Rob and staff for helping me out with my battery change. I was supposed to be out of town working and it was - 48 outside. Rob got my truck back to me in a few hours and got back to work. I will be calling Glenwood all the time!

The blower on the front heater in my van failed on a Friday night when the temperature was about -32. I called them Monday morning and they took the van in that very day and somehow squeezed it into their schedule. They were not able to get the replacement blower soon enough to get the job done that day but did offer to drive me home from work and pick me up again the next day and take me to work. Their technician even worked overtime the next day to get the job done so that I could drive the van home after work that day. That’s what I call above and beyond.
