SASKATOON AUTO REPAIR

I recently took my vehicle to Glenwood to have my brakes and power steering repaired. The mechanic I usually go to couldn’t get my vehicle in right away and I was in a bit of a bind as my power steering needed to be looked at right away, so against my better judgement I went to Glenwood. My experience was terrible. I get a phone call saying my vehicle wasn’t road worthy and that fluids that had dripped on the exhaust was a fire hazard. What a joke! They try to use fear to get you to spend more money is all and charged me more then 180.00 for a few squirts Of degreaser. I’m a dummy but I agreed to have them fix my power steering. 2,000.00 later. My friend looked at my invoice and he confirmed what I knew already. I got ripped off! What I was charged for parts ( we priced them online)and “extras” is criminal as far as I’m concerned. We took the invoice to my regular mechanic and he figured I was over charged at least 1,000.00. I’ve heard similar stories since and I’m not alone feeling the same way apparently. Someone else is repairing my brakes for half of what Glenwood quoted me. I will never return to this place.

This Company is dedicated to superb customer service because of it's leadership and staff. I sincerely hope everybody gets a chance to have the very professional service to their vehicle and the interaction with each member of the company. I have been dealing with Glenwood Auto Service for a number of years. The service has been exceptional: excellent quality workmanship delivered in a timely matter.

We have been customers at Glenwood for years but with retirement and moving recently to just one automobile (new every year or so) we really had no need of their service. Then our Grand Daughter turned 16 and her birthday present ,a 2009 Rav needed to be Road , Winter and Safety checked. When I walked into Glenwood I was greeted by all the staff like a long lost cousin and made to feel so very welcome. The advice and service for the vehicle was exactly what we needed and it was personalized by Rob himself.. Thank you. thank you. Professionalism at it’s best!

I had Glenwood Automotive recommended to me by a family member. They have incredibly friendly staff, and the shuttle service was equally timely, professional, and friendly. They go above-and-beyond; a superb standard to set. Definitely a cut above the rest!

Rob and his team did a great job repairing our vehicle, and the turn-around was impressively quick. I called Monday October 18, dropped the vehicle off that evening, and it was ready for me by noon on Wednesday October 20. Shuttle service was very helpful, communication was top notch...I appear to have found my go-to auto repair shop for the foreseeable future!

Thorough all systems review completed with a report. Only necessary work done. They provide me with estimates of future maintenance to be considered along with a timeline so I can plan for expenses accordingly..Glenwood is keeping my car in excellent condition and I hope to get many more km of safe and happy driving!
