I have been going to Glenwood for ten years. Absolutely amazing service. We brought our 2013 Tucson to them with a blown engine at 145k. Blaine was a saint and told us about the recall program at Hyundai and we quickly realized we were dealing with the dreaded Hyundai Theta-II engine. With Blaine's guidance and a little perseverance when dealing with Hyundai Canada customer service, we were able to get a new engine on warranty free of charge from Hyundai. One tip saved us a $40k shopping trip for a new SUV. Thanks Glenwood!
