My car broke down on the side of the road for the first time in my life! I quickly searched for the closest Auto Mechanic and came across Glenwood!.While I was panicked on the side of the road Glenwood kept me calm, got all my information, was very understanding. I didn’t have to go with the tow truck either, took all my info over the phone. They called me with the news on my car but also took the time out of the day to call my dad and explain the situation! Just want to share my appreciation for them!

I have had my vehicle to Glenwood a few times and am extremely impressed with the customer service I received. They have gone above and beyond every time. The shuttle service is prompt and friendly, the customer reps are fantastic. This last time they let me know what was required which would mean ordering parts so potentially having my vehicle for a while. They knew this put me in a bad spot so took steps to order me a car rental. At the end of the day they had searched and found the required parts, got my vehicle fixed and back on the road by the end of the day so I didn’t need the rental! I was so happy!!!
