I recently took my Acura to Glenwood for service and they went above and beyond my expectations. The issue with my vehicle was complex and they did way more than I expected to fix the issue. They are very professional, have an excellent shuttle service and I can't speak highly enough about my overall customer experience. Brought our SUV here for an oil change and warranty work as we had issues with our dealership. All staff dealt with were extremely courteous, friendly and very helpful. They were extremely accommodating for my wife with a courtesy car rental from Enterprise as we live out of town. Their service was quick and they kept us informed at every turn and their cost estimate was almost bang on. My vehicle will not be back at the dealership but will definitely be back to this amazing shop!
