I charged you nothing, zero today Devon. Even though we spent half an hour inspecting your vehicle. You asked for a wheel alignment, and we found play/movement in your right inner tie rod end. We phoned to see if you wanted this done before we performed the alignment. You said no, and to align it the best we could with the loose component. We started to do this, then you phoned back and changed your mind. We had a half hour into the front end inspection and hooking up the aligner to your vehicle. Before an alignment can be performed, the front end must be inspected for loose components. We were going to charge you for the time we had invested. No more, no less. You thought you should not be charged at all. It wasn’t worth arguing over, so I charged you nothing.
