I brought in a car that the OEM dealer service technician told me would need over $5000 repairs on the engine. Rob and his team not only confirmed this, but investigated all the "trickle down" consequences of the repair and in doing so, identified another $4000 that would have to be invested. The OEM dealer did not identify these issues which were certain to come up in due course. So, with all the facts, and Rob's advice to "walk away" from this car, I did. Rob didn't get a big payday on this, nor did we have the big payout. It was great to have a heart to heart chat on this issue and make an educated decision. Thanks.

Went to this shop for a power steering leak. They wanted 120 to 180 to just look and see what the problem was. Another place tryimg gouge people before the repair was even done. **Stay away or they ll gouge you to.

Always great service at Glenwood. Just a routine maintenance this time with a courtesy inspection by them since the vehicle hasn't been in for a while.

Great intake & customer service with prompt shuttle service. I went to install a block heater the other day, and the cost came under quote! That was my first experience. I am happy with the service.

Went in to get my air blower working again. They did fill diagnostics replaced some bulbs and the filters. They found the blower motor wasn't working and replaced it. When I got the vehicle back a day later the alternator quit working. Took it to a different mechanic who was surprised in all the diagnostics they did they didn't find the broken alternator, he also looked at my bill from them and for the little work they did they charged me nearly double what he would've charged. He got my alternator fixed and the vehicle is running well again and charged me less for that then they did to replace the blower. I will never be taking my vehicles back here again, it was an expensive lesson to learn.
