Appt booked at 8 AM for a wire diagnosis. Car didn’t get looked at until late afternoon. They ended up keeping it overnight and until late afternoon the next day. Car still isn’t fixed. Frustrating to make an early appt and then it was pushed back until the end of the day. We live out of town so it was 2 extra trips to the city for us.
Dianne, your daughter phoned and wanted the vehicle in the middle of our diagnostics. We were diagnosing the vehicle at the time of her phone call saying she needed it 2 hours before we closed. The diagnosis would have been completed if not for that. Part of the problem was that the vehicle is a 1993 model (Almost a 30 year old vehicle) and the part you need is now obsolete from Toyota, therefor extra time is needed to see if this part could be bypassed. The fact that you live out of town, I can’t fix that for you.
