I am very satisfied and pleased with the service I have received over the years.

It was amazing that I could get my vehicle in so quickly, and it was fixed quickly too. I was pleased when I opted out of some maintenance and wasn’t pressured into it. With Covid, money can be tight, and I was happy they did not push anything on me. Also, when we picked up my vehicle, my kids LOVED Jingles the dog and asked if we could go back to Glenwood just to see him.

I always like that Rob knows what needs to be done to my vehicle. Hoping I luv my new tires come winter with the change to All Weather......I know the guys don't like my Ticat Lanyard I forgot to mention I have a FANTUZ TICAT shirt, I'll be sure to wear that the next time in ! Considering that I spent $300+ getting a potential Honda car purchase assessed (diagnostic and pre-purchase inspection) and I was told, among other things that the timing belt, tensioner and water pump were original factory parts and likely needed to be replaced. However, the person that I was thinking about purchasing from had those parts already replaced by the Honda dealership with receipts and part numbers to prove it. He got them replaced for $1,200ish, the quote I got from you for those parts was 1,700ish. I let him keep the receipts and quotes you gave me. I’m probably not going to purchase the car, but now we both know that your company lied. Needless to say I won't be going back to your shop.
