I love Glenwood Auto. Rob is so great at communicating everything I need to know about my car, which gives me confidence in the work that is being done. I feel comfortable asking questions and I especially appreciate how quickly parts are ordered: on my last visit, the required work was completed ahead of schedule. Came in after an oil change because the technician said my oil pressure sending unit was leaking, Rob checked to make sure it actually was before putting in the work order. After confirming the work was done and I had my car back early afternoon same day. No complaints and staff was friendly and they have a courtesy shuttle if you need a lift.

Took my vw jetta to glenwood where I recieved fast, exceptional service at reasonable rates and everything was explained to me in a professional and non jargon manner. I was provided with a ride to and from the shop by a professional personable driver. Can't say enough about Rob and his team highly recommend these people.
