Everything seems okay for now, though to early to tell. Only thing I did not like was vehicle was left in 4 wheel drive. The brake warning lite came on soon after leaving Glenwood, after the breaks being repaired.

Before I get into my experience, I see that the owner gets really defensive for poor reviews. I don’t really care for a reply like that. I don’t need to feel like my experience is invalid or unjustified just because it makes the company look bad. The rear lights on my truck were not functioning properly. The left brake light had no running current and neither of the nighttime running lights were working. (This is information I knew before bringing it in). I was scheduled to bring in my truck between 7:30-8:30. When I dropped it off, I was told that I would get a call back in around an hour, but at the latest I would hear back by noon. They also asked if the truck was my only means of transportation, which it was. After 6 hours of sitting by my phone waiting for a call, I decided to call them. I was told my truck hadn’t been inspected because a mechanic had not been able to show up for their shift and that a lift was not functioning properly. I was told my truck was going to be inspected within the hour and I would get a call back right after. I waited for two more hours and didn’t receive the call, so I called them again. The assessment was basically information I already knew. After discussing what my options were, I told them that I would like to pick up my truck and take it to a different shop. I was also told half my bill was going to be waived for the inconvenience. When I arrived to pick up my truck, I was told that whoever was dealing with my truck broke one of the covers to the rear lights, but it was okay because ‘they did a really good job glueing it back together’. Because of this I was waived the rest of the bill. This would have been a 4-5 star review if someone could have taken the two minutes of time to tell me that my truck would be inspected later in the day. But the responsibility fell onto me twice to do this. I basically wasted a day just because the employees couldn’t take the time to give me an update. They knew I didn’t have any other means of transportation. And even after they didn’t call me back after the first quoted time, they didn’t call me back after the second quoted time. I appreciate that my bill was waived (hence why it’s not a 1-star review), but 9 hours of my time was wasted, and my truck was given back to me in worse condition. -Hasket Fisher
