Reprogramming of KIA car FOB. Although Glenwood told me in advance that they weren’t sure they could do it, they were willing to try. They weren’t able to do it (must be done at dealer), but were great every step of the way. We weren’t charged, but we were treated extremely well.

I had a service appointment at my regular dealership and was uncomfortable with what they were suggesting needed maintenance and repair so I chose to bring my vehicle in for a comprehensive inspection at Glenwood. I was very satisfied that I was able to get my vehicle in quickly, that I was given an accurate description of what would be done and that I was contacted less than 4 hours after drop off with the results of the inspection. We reviewed the results together and I was given a prioritized list with estimates to be able to choose the service I did want completed. The service was completed in less than 24 hours. Thank you Rob & Glenwood, I will be coming back!

Got worst service experience ever. Went to do SGI Inspection, they asked 3000$ total in labor and parts. Also took my vehicle in different auto shop and they asked 2000$ total, they told me this auto shop gave me too high expensive quotation that they forced me to fix some parts that doesnt have to be.

Took vehicle in the day it stoped working and dealt with it when it was determined to be not worth fixing.

The best place to get your car serviced
