My disabled mother pulled in with a flat tire. Glenwood told her the tire was too damaged to be patched and quoted her over $200 for one tire on a small compact car. She ended up paying them to put on her spare tire. She then drove to kaltire where they proceeded to patch the tire free or charge. This was over 2 months ago and there have been no problems with the tire ever since. Avoid this place like the plague. Especially if you're a vulnerable person that they can take advantage of!
