Needed a transmission flush, and cabin filter change performed on my 2017 Accent: with that said I was looking for proven quality and service, and Glenwood was not hard to find with that in mind. Despite having a busy week at work, Rob heard me out and worked with me with respect to my schedule: even offering me a shuttle to and from the shop. I experienced professionalism, reliability, and respect, (family is nice and welcoming, made me feel like I belonged). The price was fair, and the service was superb! Will definitely recommend to my colleagues moving forward. Side note, I do wish I had thrown the ball for Jingles, lol!

I could not recommend these guys highly enough! I've dealt with them two times and the service is beyond impeccable. It is extremely professional and they are very accommodating in regards to pricing and providing a rental if they're able to. I truly brag about these guys to everybody because of the quality of service. One of their ads says they treat everyone like family and when it comes to the pricing and explaining what needs to be done they have truly treated me like that every time and I will definitely be using them in the future and would recommend them to anybody and everybody! The entire team, from the front office staff, to the courtesy drivers, work hard to respect my time and help get me where I need to be. I know that if I ever have any questions regarding my vehicle, Rob and his knowledgeable staff are there to help, with no hidden agenda. I always feel good about my decision, when I choose Glenwood.

Nothing but spectacular service! I’m nothing short of impressed with the service I received on my car: transmission flush and cabin filter replaced! I work afternoon shifts so I had to play with my schedule during my appointment. Rob, the owner, was more than happy to accommodate my schedule and helped me get to and from the shop with their shuttle service. Nothing but respect from this establishment: the years of Glenwood being in operation is a testament alone to their expertise in this business! You get what you pay for, and the cherry on top is that they make you feel like family. Glad I got to meet Jingles, and so forth. Highly recommended!
