Rob and the team at Glenwood serviced my 2006 Toyota Tacoma. I was weary about taking it to a shop, but decided it was time that some professional maintenance be performed so that I could get the most out of it. After some research, I decided to take it to Glenwood. They were quick to get me in, responsive to my inquiries, and provided what I felt were realistic recommendations. After the work was completed, I noticed a stumble in my engine. I wasn't too pleased since that problem didn't exist prior to the work. I was worried that it would lead to even more costly repairs. However, Rob honoured the 2-year warranty by replacing what turned out to be a faulty spark plug, free of charge. I understand that these things happen, and really appreciated his honestly through this. I will trust the team at Glenwood on all future maintenance.
