SASKATOON AUTO REPAIR

I was very pleased with the service received for my car on Feb.21, 2020. A prong had broken off the cord on my block heater. Glenwood took my car in without having an appointed time and they fixed it while I waited there. They also have a comfortable spot with free coffee available for people who are waiting. I had barely finished my coffee when my car was ready. Glenwood staff are always very courteous, respectful and helpful.

They provided a quality service at a great value for the repairs that we needed. Our vehicle is like a brand new SUV after the repairs. They were upfront on what was needed and what could wait as for repairs to our vehicle and provided solutions to the repairs that did need immediate attention. They were very thorough and provided a great shuttle service to and from work. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs or regular maintenance on there vehicle.

I went to Glenwood for maintenance for my wife's Tucson, I chose to get it done here. I feel more confident with their attention to detail I recommend Glenwood with no reservations whatsoever. I felt treated Like a customer should and I will be back when other works needs done

I first learned of Glenwood because so many of the professional women at our university trusted them with their vehicles and highly recommended Glenwood to me. Also, over the years, I’ve also heard glowing recommendations from female customers while shopping at the store I work in. Here’s what I consistently heard: *Clean work place and washrooms. *Great communication from Glenwood when they need to call the customer and give clear updates and get permission to proceed on a job. *Happy to help you get to and from home and/or your job while your vehicle is being serviced. *And the most important comment for me and from the women I talked to was the men at Glenwood are respectful and when they are explaining what needs to be fixed either over the counter or on the phone, we agreed we were not condescended to.
